Mohamed has an extensive background in training and consultancy projects, Mohamed worked in Customer Service, Business Management, Freelance Consulting, and Trainer in which he develop and deliver Cultural Sensitivity, management, soft skills and ILM training workshops. His style is mainly to depend on the experiential training rather than the traditional one, Mohamed’s career included senior positions in many Banking, Telecommunication, Training and Educational Organizations in the Middle East, and currently he is the CEO of Nassaj Educational Institute. Mohamed has a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a concentration in English Language, with a specialized post-graduation study at London Training College focusing on Teaching Methodologies; Mohamed Also has a Master’s degree in Quality Management, with a special concentration on HR Management and Operation Management. Mohamed has a Ph. D in Business Management with a special focus on Innovation Management, Mohamed academic research contributions focus on innovation management, social network, employees’ personalities, quality management and organizational behaviors.

Mohamed is based in Dubai but he has already worked in many other countries in the region (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Syria, Turkey, Yemen…..)

Mohamed has more than 15 years of experience that helps him in addition to his educational background to manage many successful HR & Training projects for different organization, and his experience create the ability to find innovative ideas and solutions to his clients’ current challenges that may face him in delivering his workshops or implementing the new changes to the organization, furthermore Mohamed has the ability to identify area of improvement to the departments and organizations that he is consulting or providing training workshops.

    Scope of Work:

    The aim of this project is to improve the Product Knowledge of the frontlines in DIB in order to increase the Bank sales and the Market positioning of the Bank.  

    Project Tasks:

    • Reviewing the current product’s policies, procedures, processes and documentation.
    • Understanding the system to train employees on filing applications.
    • Improving current policies and procedures.
    • Developing training materials and manuals for employee training.
    • Roll out the training sessions across UAE (90 Branches)
    • Measuring the employees’ knowledge improvement.
    • Gathering Employees feedback on new products to further improving process
    • Facilitate the product innovation diffusion to the frontlines
    • Creating Monthly reports for the overall implementation of the project.

           In This project I have trained successfully more than 1000 employees and helped to facilitate and accelerate the communication between top management and frontlines the thing that reflect hugely on the booking figures of the bank and help it to improve its market ranking.
